Workflow:

1.       User logs in to the system with his username and password

a.       Customers (doctors/hospitals) and Administrators logs in to  the system with the login box provided in home page.

b.      Super Admin is a special type of user who can Manage different content pages, users, Website titles, etc. I assume these are all sparingly used features.

2.       Customer uploads files to the System. Automatically admin users will get email notification

a.       Customer’s FTP account is linked with the system. So a customer/admin can upload files either though ftp or this application.

3.       Admin download the files and upload transcribed files. This time Customer will get email notification.
